In Memoriam

VLAK mourns the death of ALI DAGHMAN, killed in Syria 15 August, 2011. His essay on power and resistance, published in VLAK 2, can be read here: http://issuu.com/litteraria/docs/ali_daghman. Ali was an intellectually fearless and committed man, and it was our great honour to have known him. Our thoughts go out to his family and his fiancée. May he rest in peace.
